1. Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and Globalee, the operator of Globalee Solutions. By creating an account, submitting a listing, accepting a staff invitation, or purchasing an unlock, you agree to the version presented to you. Current policy version: 2026-09-terms-v1.
2. What Globalee Solutions provides
Globalee Solutions is a property discovery and connection platform. Public listing facts can be browsed without payment. A paid unlock provides only the protected details, access period, and tools stated at checkout.
An unlock payment is not rent, a purchase deposit, a reservation fee, escrow, legal advice, valuation advice, or a guarantee that a property transaction will complete. Unless expressly stated, Globalee Solutions is not the owner, landlord, buyer, tenant, broker, or agent in a property transaction.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law.
- Registration information must be accurate, current, and yours to provide.
- You are responsible for account credentials and activity performed through your account.
- You must promptly report suspected compromise and keep contact information current.
- Globalee Solutions may restrict duplicate, automated, fraudulent, suspended, or compromised accounts.
4. Practitioners and listings
Agents and other practitioners must complete the profile and verification steps requested for their role before publication. Submission does not guarantee approval. Approval may require identity, authority, licence, or brokerage evidence depending on the listing and applicable requirements.
Anyone publishing or managing a listing confirms that:
- they have documented authority to advertise the property;
- the description, price, media, fees, location, and availability are accurate;
- they have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and personal data;
- they will update, pause, or withdraw a listing when it is no longer accurate or available;
- the listing is not discriminatory, deceptive, unlawful, duplicated, or used to redirect users to an unrelated offer.
5. Moderation and verification
Globalee Solutions may review, request changes to, reject, pause, expire, remove, or preserve evidence about accounts and listings for safety, accuracy, policy, or legal reasons. Verification and moderation reduce risk but do not replace your own inspection, professional advice, or due diligence.
6. Prices, payment, and unlocks
- Prices are shown in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise.
- Paystack processes checkout. Globalee Solutions does not store complete payment-card details.
- The checkout screen identifies the property, fee, unlock contents, access duration, and applicable refund summary.
- Access begins only after the payment is verified and an entitlement is issued.
- Protected details are for your personal property enquiry and must not be scraped, resold, published, or used for harassment.

7. Viewings and property decisions
A viewing request is a request, not a confirmed appointment until the responsible practitioner accepts it. Do not send rent, deposits, or property-purchase funds merely because a listing or contact appears on Globalee Solutions. Inspect the property, verify the person’s authority, use written agreements, and obtain independent legal or technical advice as needed.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, money laundering, phishing, or misleading payment requests.
- Bypassing access controls, probing vulnerabilities, introducing malware, or disrupting the service.
- Scraping, bulk harvesting, reverse engineering, or automating access without written permission.
- Harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, or misuse of protected contact or location data.
- Uploading unlawful, infringing, manipulated, or privacy-invasive material.
9. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Globalee Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the listing and service. Globalee Solutions’s software, branding, and original platform content remain protected by applicable law.
10. Availability, disclaimers, and liability
The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider failure, or events outside reasonable control. Listings and third-party statements may contain errors or become outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globalee Solutions does not guarantee a property’s condition, title, legality, availability, practitioner performance, or a successful transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
Globalee Solutions may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance, or service protection. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account assistance through the contact channels below. Records may still be retained where required for payments, disputes, fraud prevention, audits, safety, or law.
12. Changes and governing law
Material changes will be identified by a new effective date or version, and renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute through support; statutory court and regulatory rights remain available.
